When you fill out the contact form, we process: name, phone, email and the message content.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your explicit consent.

If no contract is signed: 6 months, then deleted.
If a contract is signed: for the duration of the contract and 10 years afterwards, as required by Czech tax and accounting law.

3. Who we share it with

Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox (SCC).
Vercel — website hosting.

The website doesn't set any tracking cookies. The only technical cookie is a language preference.
